LUTON – Another lucky player from the United Kingdom has hit the Ace King Progressive Jackpot at a Grosvenor Casino location. This time at Grosvenor Casino Luton, an anonymous Amazon worker walked away with £46,000 from the blackjack jackpot.
The lucky gambler placed a £1 side bet on the Ace King Progressive and was dealt an ace and king of the same suit. Since the dealer also showed an identical hand of ace and king of the same suit, the player won the progressive jackpot worth nearly $60,000.
Third Player To Win Ace King Progressive Since April
Although the outcome of the hand is incredibly improbable and only possible from multi-deck blackjack, the Luton player was the third to hit the Ace King Progressive at a Grosvenor Casino since April. First, a construction worker won nearly £20,000 off the Ace King Progressive at Grosvenor Casino Newcastle.
Then, only a handful of weeks later, an English man won a massive £164,465 at Grosvenor Casino Huddersfield on the same progressive game. Maybe the lucky Luton player discovered how profitable the blackjack side bets have been for others and figured it was worth the £1 bet.
